It all started with a crochet hook and a German children's song...
Hello, my name is Daniela, I am a mother to an inquisitive and very energetic toddler and wife to a hardworking and supportive husband. Our little family is joined by our two Yorkies, Chewiebacca (any Star Wars fans?!) and Rosie.
My journey began in the Summer of 2019 (not '69, sorry Bryan Adams), after my mother in-law showed me the basics of crocheting. I quickly realized how many talented women there were in my area and how expansive each of their skills were, from up-cycling furniture to offering delicious goodies and so much more in between! I wondered if there was something I could offer that would 1. enrich the community, 2. hold a beautiful meaning and 3. give me some independence as a stay at home mother. I found just that in crocheting and I hope that my products will reflect that as each piece is individually made by hand.
With the ongoing pandemic and living an ever-changing life in the military, I searched for something that would keep me grounded and yet something I could take with me everywhere I go. I am truly happy that I found this venture, something that I can call my own.
I hope that my bonnets will put smiles on your faces, when you see your little ones being themselves unapologetically, while they explore the many wonders of nature.
